Attached is my next Project - Floating Module. It is already installed on my website as the module The Voice Recognition Snippet is enclosed in.

1. The Floating module floats as you scroll down.

2. It sticks (extends) out when touched  and retract when touched at the (x) tip for closing.

You will see it at the right side of my website Home

WHAT DO I WANT CUSTOMIZED?

1. I want it customized and updated to Joomla 3+ and

2. Responsive to all browsers for smart devices (phones, laptops, etc)

3. I want it to have two options chosen by me in Admin:

a. Behaves as is now => Extending and retracting

b. Docking ability => Bring it out (drag out) to be docked onto any comfortable location on the website page for usage as Voice Recording as currently being used.

Note: I want when docked, it will float down as page is being scrolled down or up. After used, it can be commanded to go back to the original right corner.

BEHAVIOR:

1. Should not go under Flip wall or sponsor wall. Must be on top of all on page to be used.

2. To record, both Record icon or Record statement can be click to initiate recording

3. Recording should be on same page. Open on same page and not new page. This should be on all browsers including phones and tablets (Responsive)

I named it VOICE RECORDER in modules
